M&M Technology, Inc. (MMTI) was founded by Mr. Majid Babaie, PE and Mr. Marshall Little in September of 1996. Majid (Chairman and CEO) holds masters degrees in both Electrical Engineering and Statistics. Marshall (President and COO) has bachelors degrees in Electrical Engineering as well as Mathematics. Majid and Marhsall combined possess over 40 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and design.

MMTI provides sub-contract manufacturing and engineering support services to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The company specializes in low to mid volume manufacturing of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), modular and box builds. For a number of companies including Boeing Aerospace, MMTI directly manufactures and ships complete assemblies to the end user. MMTI also provides quick turn prototyping for new and existing long-term customers

MMTI occupies a 24,000 square foot facility about 15 minutes southeast of Charlotte, North Carolina in the town of Indian Trail, on Idlewild Road just 1.6 miles east of I-485. The facility has access to single and three-phase, 115V, 460V and up to 1200A of electrical capacity with bus bars accessible at any point of the manufacturing floor. For higher efficiency, the floor layout uses the latest flexible and lean manufacturing techniques with access to power, air and data at 14 distributed work stations.

MMTI is a community-oriented company, involved with many local projects to help prepare and steer our youth toward a more promising future. Mr. Babaie is currently on the board of advisors at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte (UNCC) Department of Engineering Technology. Through the Union County School System, MMTI participates in the Junior Engineering Technology Students (JETS) program in conjunction with UNCC and area math and science teachers to help get more high school students interested in math and science careers. MMTI also aids students in UNCC's technical programs with co-operative education (CO-OP) internships and support of senior design projects.
