M&M Technology, Inc. (MMTI), an S Corporation, was formed in September of 1996 in Indian Trail, North Carolina by Marshall Little and Majid Babaie. Mr. Babaie has Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering and Statistics from University of Akron. Mr. Little has Bachelor degrees in Electrical Enggineering and Mathematics. The two original partners enjoyed seven years of friendship and teamwork prior to establishing MMTI.
Due to a large increase in sales in 2009 with a large cash flow requirement, while the US economy was facing its worst financial meltdown, the MMTI & HCI merger was master planned in early part of 2010. The new MMTI (headquarters in Indian Trail, NC) with its HCI subsidiary (Wilkesboro, NC) occupies about 46,000 square feet of manufacturing cpacity. The combined operation assists customers with their "PCB", "PCBA", modular, and box level assemblies.
The current management of the company possess a broad range of experience in various disciplines. The core team holds many bachelor & master degrees in science, business, and commerce. Majid (CEO/Sales), Jerry (President/VOC), Ramnik (CFO/PCB support), Mike (Operation: PCBA), Ken (Operation: Modular & Box), and Ramesh (Wilkesboro operation) are devoted to build a better & stronger MMTI.
The company's primary objective is to provide printed circuit boards and contract manufacturing to the industrial, automotive, computer, and telecommunication industries in the United States. MMTI and its subsidiaries have established a reputation in the industry among its customers and peers as a PCB and PCBA contract manufacturer (CM) that delivers a quality product on time at a competitive cost. However, the attributes most responsible for MMTI's continued emergence in the industry is technical knowledge and relentless customer service.
