 Majid R. Babaie, P.E. Chairman and CEO - Majid Babaie has served as chairman and CEO of M&M Technology since co-founding the company in 1996. Mr. Babaie also leads the sales function of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Statistics , all from the University of Akron, OH and is a liscensed Professional Engineer in the state of North
Carolina. Electrical engineering design, quality and manufacturing engineering, manufacturing and operations management are his areas of expertise.
Majid has been a professor and continues to be a part-time lecturer in Electrical Engineering and Electronics Engineering
Technology at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte since 1986, gathering Outstanding Professor Awards in 1988 and 1990. Experienced in all aspects of electronics engineering and manufacturing, Marshall possesses exceptional skills in new product development, digital system designs and control systems design. He designed and developed the seatbelt warning module for Nissan vehicles manufactured in Smyrna, Tennessee, which was the first original product design completed in the US for Nissan Motor Manufacturing, USA. |

Marshall T. Little, President and C00 - Marshall Little has held the positions of president and chief operating officer since co-founding the company in 1996. Mr. Little also heads the engineering & design functions of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC where he also lettered in basketball, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte.
